We almost didn't go to Tahoe Friday morning, T's best friend had a fever the night before and the weather reports were predicting awful weather conditions. In the end we decided to go for it, but hired a 4 wheel drive SUV to take both families.
The boys took a short nap on the drive up, and were complete angels for the entire drive. The roads were miraculously clear on the mountain and we made good time.
The cabin was lovely and the boys wasted no time in destroying the place in a whirlwind of pent up energy.
The next morning we bundled the boys up and took them sledging on Adventure Peak, they both took to the snow like ducks to water, and were soon running around as fast as their snow suits would allow. They seemed to enjoy the sledging, but were happiest just walking around and exploring.
The adults got to enjoy some time at the casinos by swapping of babysitting duties, and the entire weekend was alot of fun. It was just a little too short. You really would need to spend a long weekend up there to make the 4-5hr drive both ways worthwhile.

Tiernan helping with the laundry
Tiernan loves to play with the laundry baskets, he loves to put daddy's shoes in the laundry hampers one by one. Today I was in the bathroom and came back to this, he has climbed onto the laundry basket and managed to dive into the hamper!!
